A new look

I’ve spent the past few days fiddling around with my website, which was less intuitive than I thought it would be. And I realize I am bad at following written directions and have no patience for watching videos that explain step-by-step what I am supposed to do. So I wish my website looked a little snazzier than it does, but I also wish a lot of things. Ellie has promised to draw things for me that I may or may not be able to scatter playfully around the page, so there’s that to look forward to.

Consider this a work in progress. That may be a metaphor.

I’ve added a new tab about my novel, which is “finished” and for which I am now seeking agent representation. So check that out if you are interested. Chin up, eyes open, sing out Louise–I feel like I am nudging this little beauty out into the world with all her insecurities and knobby knees and she isn’t sure if her hair is right or if she has lipstick on her teeth but never mind all that, it’s time! Hopefully there are a few people in the audience who won’t throw tomatoes at her and will applaud her just for trying.

  1. So proud of you!! Sometimes it’s better to get something out there than wait for “perfection”….
